Chapter 1: Agreement Confirmation

1.1 Before using the services provided by CloudMinePro (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you should carefully read and fully agree to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1.2 This Agreement includes not only the main text but also operational rules, announcements, functional guides, and other documents issued by the Platform from time to time. All the aforementioned documents have the same legal effect and constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

Chapter 2: Definitions

2.1 Platform: Refers to the application system that provides virtual cloud computing power and simulated virtual earnings services, including the app, web interface, and related technical service APIs.

2.2 User: Refers to an individual or organization registered on and using the Platform’s services. Users must have full civil capacity; minors are not allowed to use the Platform.

2.3 Cloud Computing Unit: Refers to the virtual computing resources provided to users by the Platform. These resources do not involve the ownership or usage rights of any physical mining equipment and are purely virtual within the system.

2.4 Virtual Earnings: Refers to the simulated earnings data calculated based on the Platform’s internal algorithm model. Such earnings are simulated results and may change according to system settings.

2.5 Performance Degradation Mechanism: The computing performance of cloud computing units gradually decreases over time. This mechanism is designed to simulate real device performance decay and is a system feature, not a malfunction.

2.6 Compensation Mechanism: Users can partially offset performance degradation by participating in activities provided by the Platform (e.g., ad tasks, interactive tasks). Compensation rules and limitations are subject to the latest announcements by the Platform.

Chapter 3: Services

3.1 The Platform provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Virtual cloud computing power management functions;
• Simulation of virtual earnings based on algorithm models;
• Procedures for the exchange or withdrawal of virtual estimated earnings, provided in compliance with applicable laws and Platform rules.

3.2 Important Notes:

• The earnings provided by the Platform are simulated data and do not represent any actual or corresponding real-world cryptocurrency or assets;
• The Platform does not engage in any form of real mining activities;
• The Platform does not guarantee that virtual earnings have any real cash value, market value, or liquidity.

Chapter 4: Earnings and Risk Disclaimer

4.1 Users’ simulated earnings may be affected by the following factors:

• Computing power degradation caused by the performance degradation mechanism;
• Whether users participate in compensation activities;
• Adjustments and updates to the Platform’s algorithm model.

4.2 Users acknowledge and understand that:

• Virtual earnings are uncertain, and past performance does not indicate future results;
• The Platform does not provide any investment, financial, or earnings guarantees;
• Users must assess risks on their own and decide independently whether to use the services.

4.3 The Platform shall not be liable for the following:

• Reduction in earnings due to algorithm model updates;
• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure;
• Losses resulting from user network, device, or operational errors.

Chapter 5: Miscellaneous

5.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement due to business, legal, or service strategy adjustments and will update it via announcements.

5.2 Users should regularly check Platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Agreement.
