End-User License Agreement (EULA) — CloudMinePro

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before using the Software.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and CloudMinePro ("Provider") regarding your use of the CloudMinePro software and related services ("Software" or "Service").

By clicking “Agree”, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install, access, or use the Software.

If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

The Provider grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Software on your device for personal use only, in accordance with this Agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum system requirements for using the Software.

2. Service Description

CloudMinePro provides Cloud Power Experience and virtual earnings simulation services.

The computing power, revenue data, and income projections shown within the Software are simulated metrics generated by algorithms, not real cryptocurrency mining results.

The Software does not provide financial, investment, or mining advisory services, and does not guarantee future earnings.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Software.
• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Software or any part of it.
• Use the Software for commercial use, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• Allow others to access or use the Software with your account.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates laws or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, bypass, or modify system rules, earning calculations, or software security protections.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Software, including but not limited to source code, graphics, interfaces, data, and content, belong solely to CloudMinePro.

This Agreement does not grant any transfer of ownership.

5. Virtual Revenue & Risk Statement

• Any displayed computing power, performance, and returns are algorithmic simulations, subject to adjustment.
• Earnings may change based on platform rules, system models, activity participation, or operational strategies.
• The Provider does not guarantee stable or continuous income.
• The Software does not constitute investment advice or financial product promotion.

You understand and accept all risks associated with the use of the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach any terms of this Agreement
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful use of the Software

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software. Termination does not entitle you to refunds of any in-app purchases, credits, or benefits already used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Provider does not guarantee:

• That the Software will be error-free
• That the service will run uninterrupted
• That the simulation data will be accurate or profitable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for losses arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Software
• Simulated earning changes or adjustments
• Network issues, device issues, or system disruptions
• Any financial, investment, or commercial loss claimed by the User

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under applicable laws of the Provider’s operating jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the Provider’s jurisdiction.
